- All orders must be made or confirmed by the Customer
in writing to Lee Jofa Furnishings, Inc. and are
subject to and on the terms and conditions contained
hereunder.

- All custom requests must be submitted in writing
to Lee Jofa Furnishings, Inc. A quote will
be supplied to you that is valid for 30 days. After
30 days, a new quotation must be submitted
|

The price payable will be as
specified in the Companies’ current
price lists at the date of the dispatch of goods.
The Company reserves the right to increase the
price of any Goods before delivery by written notice,
specifying details of such increase, to the Customer.

All prices are F.O.B. Chicago, Il.

- All orders require a 50% deposit to initiate the
order and the balance due before dispatch from Chicago,
Il.
- Lee Jofa Furnishings, Inc. credit terms apply.

|
- Risk or loss and/or damage to the Goods passes
to the Customer when the Goods are dispatched F.O.B.
Chicago, Il.
- Goods are not returnable without proper authorization
(R.A.) through Lee Jofa Furnishings, Inc.
- In the case of damage, a freight claim must be
filed within 7 days of receipt with UPS. Lee Jofa
Furnishings, Inc. will assist you in this matter.
In the case of shortages or incorrect product received,
please contact Lee Jofa Furnishings, Inc.

Goods Supplied on Approva l:: |
|
- Goods supplied on approval will remain the property
of the Company.
- Any loss and damage for goods on approval pass
to the customer on receipt of the goods.
- Goods not returned to the Company within 7 days
are considered purchased by the customer.
- All goods on approval will be invoiced and credited
upon return in re-sellable condition.
- All freight, shipping and delivery charges for
Goods on Approval will be the responsibility of the
consignee

| :: Cancellation and Returns

- Orders will not be accepted for cancellation once
production has begun or shipment has been made. If
an order must be cancelled a re-stocking fee of 25%
will be charged to the customer.
- Returns are not allowed without proper written
authorization from Lee Jofa Furnishings, Inc. (R.A.)
- All costs to return a product will be the responsibility
of the returnee.
- A credit for an authorized return will be applied
when the goods are returned in good condition

- Lee Jofa Furnishings, Inc. will not be responsible
for the loss or damage to any of its goods due to
any force beyond the Companies' control including
but not limited to act of God, legislation, war,
failure or interruption of supplies, strike or any
other industrial action by workers.

- Lee Jofa Furnishings, Inc. will not be responsible
for any work done on any of its goods outside the
company
|
